TANIA HAGAN

Tania Hagan is a Chicago native who grew up in Southern California. In recent years, she returned to Illinois where she lives with her husband and daughter.

Hagan is a realtor specializing in residential sales throughout the Chicago area. In her spare time, she tutors older students and serves as a Girl Scout troop leader. Hagan also volunteers at her daughter’s elementary school.

Previously, Hagan was a broadcast journalist, functioning as both an on-camera reporter and a behind-the-scenes producer for a local Southern California news program. In addition, she produced a weekly TV news magazine that appealed to small-business owners in California’s Riverside and San Bernardino counties. She was also an associate editor and a reporter for a monthly business magazine.

In addition to her other careers, Hagan taught preschool at a progressive, self-paced learning center in Southern California.

Hagan earned her Bachelor's Degree in Social Science and Psychology from the University of California. She also studied Journalism and Early Childhood Development in Southern California.
